Expecting our first

     After 4 years of marriage we are going to start our family. We are super excited and a little scared. My first trimester was full of all the pregnancy symptoms they warn you about. However, I am finally starting to feel better. I think, maybe I can even feel the baby move, it's a feeling I've never felt before so I am assuming that is our little bean fluttering around. We have our third appointment on Monday and will get to find out the gender.

Family Pics

 This summer my Grandma Steenblik wanted family pictures done while everyone was around and before danny had to leave for Japan. It was just a little bit a challenge mostly the shopping for red clothes for the boys. It's nice to have an updated family pic.

 

Paracord Collars

I've been tying paracord bracelets for awhile now. This weekend I made new collars for Sasha and Kiah since they get theirs so dirty so fast. Here are their new pretty ones.



I love how they strut around when they get a new collar then they like to fight over them jealous that the other got something new.

Apothecary Jars

I've been obsessed lately with apothecary jars and how cute they are! I decided to get some for the kitchen and fill them with some of the snacks we like to eat. I think they turned out really fun. Plus they change all the time depending on what snacks you fill them with. And you can make them season or holiday specific. I picked up my jars at hobby lobby. They had a huge selection from small the really large. Only problem now is that I have treats at easy access :)

2 Year Anniversary

We celebrated our 2nd anniversary this year in Cancun. It was so nice to get away and relax on the beach. We had so much fun doing almost nothing! This was the view from our room can't even tell you how beautiful it was. Mostly we just ate good food, and relaxed out in the sun, we got to snorkel and play on the boogy boards.

This is Isla Mujeres the island just across from Cancun. We took the catamaran and snorkled on the way over then got to have lunch and do some shopping. It is a little fisherman village that is just quaint and low key.

This is Captain Hook it was a dinner show and so much fun. We were on the black pearl and got to attack captain hook of course we won but so did they so go figure :) The crew was really funny and lobster dinner was delicous.

Pretty

I love flowers! All the time always! Everyone has beautiful tulips popping up everywhere. But mine are just in random places and not very pretty. Well my neighbors have lots, which are also in random places. But that's because they don't care about their yard. So I stole theirs to make my beautiful arrangement. Totally worth it :)
